How will I give you all of the information that I want included in my design?
After you place your deposit, you will be redirected to a page with information about the design process and a link to a CLIENT INTAKE FORM to fill out. You will be able to provide all of the design details there.
Some of the prices are different when I click to purchase.
You are making a deposit. Some are larger designs or a package, so I don’t require full payment up front. You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance prior to the final file delivery.
Why would I want/need the reusable Canva template?
The editable template is great to have for if you ever want to insert pictures and text for a DIFFERENT product other than the one I am designing for. Canva is free and super simple to use. When you invest in the reusable templates, you will receive a link to the shared editable template that you will have unlimited access to.
What type of files will I receive, and how long is your turnaround?
You will receive your designs in JPEG and PNG forms. If you are purchasing a preview, that will be delivered as a PDF. Turnaround depends on the scope of the project. If I am creating many designs for you it will take longer. Additionally, if you request multiple revisions that will add time to the project. I commit to having the first round of proofs ready within 5 business days of receiving your client intake form. I typically have them much sooner.
What is your refund policy?
All deposits are refundable IF I have not already started working on your design. If you change your mind for any reason after I have begun working on your design you will be eligible for a 50% refund on your deposit. No refunds will be issued after final files are delivered.
How many revisions are included?
I provide unlimited revisions (within reason). I want you to be 100% happy with the final designs!
